There are three protected places in Selva de Irati: the natural reserves of Mendilaz and Tristuibartea and the reserve of Lizardoia. Likewise in Ollokia/Abodi is a ski center with different marked circuits both for walking as for training, tracks that begins in the old frontier of Pikatua, in the road of Larrau 13,5 km far away from Ochagavía.
